Return, Refund & Exchange Policy - Beau Bagley's Statement

The following constitutes our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy:

DEFECTS - Swish Sacks guarantees materials and workmanship of our handmade products. Defective products include faulty stitching; holes and punctures in the outer shell material allowing pellet filler to be exposed or escape; distorted graphics. If these things are experienced when your package arrives, please contact us immediately and provide pictures so that we can determine options for corrective action. 

Unfortunately snags, scuffs, tears, discoloration and issues associated with normal use are not considered defects and will not be covered in the Return Policy. Bags that have been washed or broken in in any way are not covered in the Return Policy. 

ELIGIBLE RETURNS - To qualify as an eligible return, the issue must be reported via email within 7 days of receipt of your order. In order to process the return, you must provide your order number and/or proof of purchase. Pictures of the issue should also be included within the email. Pictures provided will be used to determine if there will be an approved corrective action for the order.

Unfortunately, ONLY items that are defective or incorrect will be approved for return as a refund or exchange. Please see the above description of a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.  To initiate a return, please contact us with the required information at support@swishsacks.com.

EXCHANGES - Exchanges are approved for defective items received and discrepancies with incorrect colors. If you placed an order and received the incorrect product, you can also make an exchange. For approved exchanges that ARE NOT the mistake of Swish Sacks, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

REFUNDS - Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method used to place the order. If you are dissatisfied and have an approved return for refund, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the restocking fee (15%). If the item was received defective and your refund has been approved, you will be refunded the full purchase price. If you purchased an item on SALE, you will only be refunded the sale price. 

CANCELLATION - Orders on stock products can be cancelled prior to shipment. 

GIFTS - For approved returns, if your order was identified as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the purchase value of your return. When your return is received, a gift voucher will be provided to you.  If a person placed and directly received an order, then gave it to you as a gift, the person that placed the order must contact us to initiate the return or exchange process for the gift.
